Price Policy:
All prices are subject to change without notice. This price list supersedes all previous price quotations.
Ordering:
Minimum order is $50.00 net. Smaller orders will be shipped; however, a $5.00 service charge will apply.
Payment Terms:
Net 30 Days.
Freight Terms:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. DESCO Tools Co. warehouses in California. Full freight will be allowed on orders having a net invoice value of $650.00 or more when shipped within the Continental U.S.A.
Shortage or Damage:
In case of any shortage or damage notify your delivering carrier immediately and file a claim with your carrier promptly. When requested we will furnish necessary information to assist you in filing a claim.
Return Goods:
No merchandise may be returned without an RGA number issued by DESCO Tools Co. All products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. A credit memo, applicable against future purchases onle, will be issed for the original incoice amount less a 15% restocking charge. Returns may not exceed 5% of the previous year’s dollar volume in sales.
